I now have no signal for Channel 5+1, 5 USA, 5 USA+1, 5*, 5* + 1 and CBS Drama. These channels are all one after another on my box. We have reset the box and retuned it but still "no signal" for all these channels

I have had no signal for CBS Drama on my Freesat box for several days. What can I do?
