HI Barbara
You need to retune your tv today as Long Mountain transmitting channel numbers have changed
because of 700Mhz clearance.

Com 8 is closing Com 7 is continuing for the time being.
For example BBC 4 HD and Quest HD has migrated to Com 7.
As of today Com 8 is still producing a signal from Sutton Coldfield, but with no broadcast programmes.

Kettlewell was actually transmitting ITV Granada up until 1983,presumably because before that time
Winter Hill and dependents was a better feed?

Local mux L-OFD is also on channel 40 as well with directional petal.
Absolutely, agree! if you are going to have a site that gives information of TV Transmitters, channel numbers, frequencies Kw powers it's most important that they are accurate and kept up to date with.
If not then this site is not useful to anyone!and can be misleading.
The owner of this site in passed years has decided not to keep up with transmitter technical changes
and that is not a responsible position!

The answer is yes as long as you are on reasonably high ground and clear through to the north east .The strongest transmitter is Kidderminster, but is only free view lite!Other transmitters that may be usable is The Wrekin and Bromsgrove full free view in the north and north-east side of town.Ridge Hill is usable on high ground in central and Stourport Rd areas.
Best to put your postcode into www.freeview.co.uk checker, this is reasonably accurate!
