What can I do when my Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or &

Hello
I am using
FreeSat
over here in Germany and I have 100%
signal
and 100% signal
quality
.
But since
yesterday
I can not get channel5 and some other channels.
BBC and all the other channels still have 100% on both counts.
Does anyone know what the reason might be?
