hi just bought a smart tv samsung, it links fine to the internet and Sky - no problem there. However, trying to receive freeviewchannels only without using my sky box. it just has a black screen and states poor or no signal. I called samsung customer support (!) they explained that I need an air to tv aerial.
please can you help?
