Briantist:
The EPG in my Sky SD box lists the channels as:
450 BBC Olympic 1
451 BBC Olympic 2
' ' '
472 BBC Olympic 23
473 BBC Olympic 24
474 BBC Olym 1 HD
475 BBC Olym 2 HD
' ' '
496 BBC Olym 23 HD
497 BBC Olym 24 HD
But if I watch a different channel every day,
by the time I've seen them all the Olympics will have come and gone.

PS
I remember hearing that ITV4+1 was dropped from Sky's EPG list when ITV1+1 started because there was no more room in the EPG list.
Well they have found room for the BBC's 48 Olympic channels.

Re: ITV4+1 (See above)
Going off subject, but I have just noticed that ITV4+1 is back in the Sky and FreeSatFromSky EPG.

1 for BBC1 and 101 for BBC1 HD etc will be a lot easer to remember.
No channels in 500-599, 600-699
Maybe having the News channels or kids channels starting at 500 or 600 would be better.

Northern Ireland will be the last part of the UK to show analogue TV and Ceefax/Teletext.

I hope they don't turn the BBC HD channel in to BBC Two HD as this will reduce the choice of programs, but...
If they switch the BBC HD channel to BBC two HD, then they will also need more streams for the Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales regions.

98.5% !
I assume that the 1.5% can't get any terrestrial TV,
as BBC-B will be transmitted from all transmitters by 24/10/2012.

Channel 5 will finally become a national TV channel on the 24th.
But is it the 5th national channel as it will start 2 weeks after BBC News, BBC Parliament and some part time BBC channels?

It will also be the last day of Ceefax/Teletext and Channel 5 will finally be broadcasted from all UK transmitters.
