I have an old, bog standardSky box with a magic eye in my bedroom straight above. From time to time I become unable to change channels, in fact my remote control doesn't work at all upstairs. I can watch the channel that was last on downstairs but am unable to change channel, change volume etc The light has gone out on my magic eye but it was off even when the remote was working. Can anyone help please? Thanks!
