I am watching ITV3+1 (film "Death Becomes Her" via my Sky+HD box and I have the same subtitles problem.
The subtitles are running 5 or 6 sentences ahead of the onscreen action.
I had this on ITV3 and was hoping that the fault would be fixed one hour later for the +1 channel, because a message appeared on ITV3 saying "subtitles are not available at this time."
However, 11 minutes into the movie the subtitles went haywire again.
Reported this to Sky, who were unable to fix it, but it is obviously a fault with ITV3.
