At least I know it can be done, Quite pricey so that will have to wait (odd there is no input card for SCART on a PC tho).

Hi,
I have an old PC in my garage with a wintv card in it which I can receive channel's 1-5, my old PVR box gave up it's hard drive capabilities but the tuner works fine (LOGIK LPV2250), I wanted to connect this to my old PC, the RF works well but I wanted to watch the DTV signal which is output via SCART, is there any way I can connect SCART to either the PC or Monitor which has DVI and VGA inputs.
