Hi

I have two Freeview HD tuners, one is a stb connected to the TV and the other is a USB stick attached to a computer. I recently retuned the stb and was surprised that it did not find BBC4 HD on channel 31, I've tried a manual tune for the channel and it reports finding BBC1 HD, etc. which are on channel 57. just to be sure I tried channel 57 and got the same results.

My PC tuner is still picking up BBC4 HD without problems, signal is reported as strong, both devices are running off the same aerial, I'm obviously loathe to do a re-tune in case I lose it.

Any ideas?

Dave Lindsay:

It's an Antiference HDSB (based on a Vestel T8300), a quick Google search turned up a document that indicates that the software version I am using only supports one HD MUX. The good news is that there is an update that should support multiple ones. I just have to get the courage to update the box. Will let you know how I get on just in case anybody else has this box or equivalent.

Anybody know who to report a problem with the Freeview guide data to?

For some reason ITV2+1 is showing data for 25 hours ahead!!!

Just to explain a programme showing in the guide for ITV2 at 13:00 on Saturday is shown as being broadcast on Friday at 12:00 on ITV2+1.

The programmes are being correctly broadcast one hour later.

I've verified this on two separate sources.

Thanks

Don't worry, ITV have finally noticed after three days that the guide was wrong.

The latest channel listing is not showing CBS Action and the Horror Channel do you know what MUX they are on? I need it so I can plan my recordings as the system I use can record everything from a single MUX.

Thanks

Many thanks. I though that Mux 6 was likely but some of the new ones have popped up on 7.

Hi

I've lost MUX 2 (ITV, C4, C5, etc.) on my TV and Freeview box, but not from the tuners on a PC that I use for recording. They all use the same aerial and an amplifier that is supposed to handle 4G transmissions.

I mention the 4G because an answer to a previous post suggests that this might be a problem with channel 60, I'm unclear how 4G might affect reception, is it possible that I could have problems with one device and not another.

The post code is NN13 6JG

Many thanks
