can you help. i live on the top floor of a 2 storey purpose built set of flats. My neighbour asked if they could put a satellitedish up and it may need to be a bit higher up than on their part of the wall would allow. i said it was fine as long as it wasn't in my eyeview. i came home the other night to find it just above my front door (their front door is over the other side of the building altogether)with a white wire right in the middle of the wall. it looks horrendous! He says that the Sky installer couldn't put it on my part of the wall because i wasn't in to give permission which i undestand, but surely this is about as invasive of my space as it could be. I am not happy that it sticks out over my front door with regards to health and safety issues. what rights do i have?
