Let us know when they are sending you the filter (which will hopefully be the Ch.60 one - it's more expensive than the Ch.59 one). Whichever, leave the existing Filter and Attenuator in place, and put this new one between the Aerial and the Booster and then post the % Signal & Quality for each set.

Hi. i have an update for u. Due to the recent messages that keep popping up on tv in regards to a retune, to which i have done several times this morning. I can now confirm that i now have no channels on coms 5. signal and quality are both 0%. All the other channels and coms are holding at signal 92% quality 87%. This is on the tv 2 in the bedroom with 4g filter in the same place where it was all working before the retune. Down stairs tv is holding at signal 99% quality 100%.
Can u tell me if there is another retune happening on the 12th feb. This is because i have received a message on my tv that this is gonna happen on the day in question.

Richard caywood:

What time did you actually carry out your retunes?
Now before you do anything else, go into your TV's tuning sections (both sets please) and find out which UHF channels it is tuned to for each multiplex.
Don't do anything else until you've posted that.

As your aerial is pointing at Bilsdale (supposedly), I'm wondering what it's picking up as there are no retunes on Bilsdale at all. Emley is retuning today, and it's only some relays on the 12th, as I've said, we need to know which UHF channels the sets are tuning to.

Any update on a new filter being sent?

I started the retune this morning about 11am.
For a retune. It was at the time UHF 47. It then changed to UHF 33, then
Retuned again and it changed to UHF 43, then I retuned again
To which it is now UHF 44

Richard caywood:

OK, you are obviously getting signals from more than two transmitters, I need to look at which ones they might be with those channels numbers as they aren't all Bilsdale or Emley.

Regarding 47, 33, 43, 44 from your previous post -
Bilsdale has nothing on 47, 33, 43 but has COM4/SDN on 44.
Belmont also retuned 2 muxes today but had/has nothing on those channels.
Emley has PSB1 on 44, PSB2 on 44, COM4/SDN now on 33, nothing at all on 43.
Keighley which you might possibly pick up has PSB2 on 43

The "interesting thing" is that you are seeing signals for COM7 but I assume 0% quality and you don't have programmes because I didn't think your sets were HD tuners? Can you confirm that?

I'll post again about those channel numbers in your last post.

So, your website says that "stuff" is scheduled for Weds 5th Feb today

Currently I have today lost all channels on C51(714Mhz) and C52(722Mhz)

All other channel groups work just fine. Have retuned a number of times but clearly Emley Moor isn't
transmitting those two groups to my area as of today.

Any idea how long this work is going to take please?

Arthur:

Arqiva should have completed the work at Emley Moor today on behalf of Freeview. All multiplexes have now moved to their final UHF channels. (The list at the top of this page is out of date as the site owner has not had time to make all the changes to all the transmitter listings).
The multiplexes that were on UHF C51 and C52 have now moved, COM7 has also moved from C32 - this was the whole point of the retune!

Emley's Multiplexes & UHF channels are now as follows, in the order -
PSBs1/BBCA, PSB2/D3&4, PSB3/BBCB HD, COM4/SDN, COM5/ArqA, COM6/ArqB, COM7 HD, COM8 HD, & Local
C47, C44, C41, C33, C36, C48, C55, C56, & C39.

I'd suggest that you unplug your aerial and carry out a retune which will clear all previous tuning as no channels will be found.
Plug the aerial back in and carry out a retune, then check your multiplexes are correctly tuned to those UHF channels. If not repeat, the initial clearance and then retune manually to those UHF channels.
