The programme listed on freeview 61 at 6pm. True entertainment. S6 Ep16.
As Monica taking a group of students to Ireland, is not the one showing.

The one showing at the moment is the programme that was shown last night, about the property developer. They do not match!

I decided to watch true entertainment today. You may imagine my disappointment that you did not switch the TV to 4:3 when mash was on. What a shame you cannot ensure that the picture is the correct format for the programme. Perhaps I should not be watching your channel. Regards P Partridge

Hi, I may have missed something startling obvious, but is there a way/somewhere that I can watch the True Entertainment channel online? Preferably somewhere free. We have a Freeview tv downstairs, but find there are often 2 programmes we want to watch on conflicting channels. I have looked at the obvious places like TvCatchup, iPlayer, but can't find the True Entertainment on demand website anywhere.
Can you help please? Many thanks in advance.

Juliet: I doubt it. The answer is a PVR (personal video recorder).

Dave Lindsay: Many thanks for your swift reply. Ah well, never mind. (We are still old-school in this household, with a vhs/dvd recorder!).
Thanks again though.

Juliet: Well then, you could conceivably use your VHS VCR with a Freeview receiver set-top box.

If you were to get a PVR I would go with a HD one because more and more services will become high definition. If you have a TV which is capable of showing HD pictures but does not have the capability to receive them then a separate PVR which can receive HD will give you access to HD pictures on some channels (True Entertainment not among them).

Juliet: Of course, with a Freeview PVR you have the on-screen programme guide which you can select programmes from to record.

This is much more straightforward than with the VCR which means programming start and end times, along with turning on the connected set-top receiver and putting it on the right channel.

Dave Lindsay: Thanks for recording suggestions, but the main thing was that I wanted to be able to watch True Entertainment channel online upstairs on my pc while husband's watching something else on tv downstairs.
:) Thanks for hints though.
