david brown: If, as appearances might possibly suggest, you are connected into a communal aerial system? then its advisable to check if any of the other residents in the apartment block are also experiencing a no signal problem, if they aren't, then you should check the jumper lead used to connect your TV or box into the wall socket.

The reason for suggesting this being, that although Sudbury was tagged as having a weak signal on the 19th & 20th, however according to engineering info it did not apply to the 21st / 22nd.

Another point to note being, that is "if" applicable, should you retuned your TV / box whilst the signal was down? then this will have deleted everything stored in the tuners memory, another retune being required to recover same.

Signal strength has dropped off considerably over the last few days in Haverhill affecting nearly all channels.
More than one aerial and tv's affected.
No problems before this and nothing else has been changed.

Dear Sir / Ma'am
Our DAB radio signal in the Suffolk Haverhill CB9 location is not strong enough for us to listen to the BBC world service indoors. In order to get any sort of reception we have to take our radio out side.
Our TV is on cable now as the free view signal is too not strong enough.
I would truly enjoy listening to my DAB radio indoors though.
Is a repeater mast/ signal booster mast or transmitter planned for the Haverhill area in the near future. The Sudbury Transmitter does not give us a good signal.
We are truly greatful for the didgital service. A stronger signal wold be good though.
Kind Regards
Andrew

I live in IP68SA and have an issue with, pretty much, all BBC chanels, with severe blocking or just no signal for most of the day, in normal def as hi def seems ok 90% of the time but these are occasionally blocky - this has been going on for over two weeks. My neighbour is having the same problems.
