Chatter is area down, only BBC channels seem to be working, but not perfectly.
Every time it's foggy or sunny this happens, it needs sorting out.

With the added four new HD channels, I was mis-lead in the MUX section COM7 that they were available from September 2014. At first I didn't bother on the 10th Dec. until I was informed on another forum that they were available, I now have them. Can you please do away with that Sept.2014 notification?

Myself and several neighbours have no reception at all. What has happened? There appears to be no signal. This happened last night and still no signal. Where can we get help or more information?
