Pam: "If" you have previously been using a Sky box and all you have done is upgraded to Sky+HD, then if you set the RF output channel to the same number as was used on the previous Sky box then nothing else need be altered, that is except to make sure that the RF2 output on the new Sky box is powered up, this done via the same menu you used to alter the RF channel number. (Ch62 to 68 being OK)

To access the menu press "Services" then "4 - 0 - 1 - Select" in a smooth operation, best done by looking at the remote control and NOT the screen, then select what's required on the options seen.
To access menu on latest Sky+HD boxes you may have to use "Services" then "0 - 0 - 1 - Select"

Remember that any alterations you make to the RF output channel must immediately be followed by re-scanning (in analogue) the TV in the other room, this to enable it to pick up the new channel being used on the Sky box.
