Mrs T: For accuracy a full post code is really necessary, but a test code suggests that you are not very far away from Brierley Hill and should receive the programmes referred to on ArqB Mux Ch55.

You should also be able to receive it from Sutton Coldfield (@ 15miles) the most powerful of all stations, with ArqB being on Mux Ch39 from there.

You should try a manual scan on either of these channels.

I live in Great Longstone DE45 1TA and cannot get any signal and have tried two digital boxes. I was getting a signal up to about the 8th of September though it kept dropping off and I had to retune. Now nothing. Any suggestions???? I rang the digital help line they said get your ariel checked. If I want to watch ITV 4 do I have to have FreeSat rather than Freeview in this area? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi. My mother-in-law can't get ITV4 or Yesterday since the swtchover, but they were both fine before. I don't have any trouble getting them. She's B29, I'm B31, we both tune in to the Sutton Coldfield transmitter. She uses a TVOnics STB, I use a Topfield PVR. Any suggestions?
