Hiya, currently subscribing to Sky. If I allow my contract to end (expire) and move to FSFS, do I require to purchase a 1 off free view card or just keep using the expired card?
Regards
Mike

Michael: Just keep the card, it is exactly what you would get by spending £25. It only provides access to Pick TV, Fiver and Five USA anyway, the other channels require no card.

Hi

A couple of days ago we started losing signal on a few channels (ITV2 and Sky Atlantic were first to go). Today it completely went and we no longer have any signal coming in. Then we tried all the fix it advice given on website all the way to the upgrade of the system. When we restarted it told us again that No signal is being received and tripped over the searching for channels bit. Any ideas?

Postcode: TR1 3LE (Cornwall).

I want to connect a TV upstairs using the Freeview service. Can I use the old sky connection installed upstairs by the previous owners and use the old satellite dish to receive Freeview?

I heard that if you stop your sky contract you can then pay a one off fee of £25 to sky to continue using the record facility on your sky+ box....

is this true?
